Our bar is open all day. We have a world-ranging wine list, loads of bottled beers and ciders and Red Stripe, Kirin Ichiban and Erdinger on draught. We're in the process of adding some more premium lagers along with a hand-pulled ale and draught Guinness. We have a few cocktails and the usual and not-so-usual list of spirits.
Shack is about getting together with friends and our food is a reflection of what Shackology is: comfortable and easy going offering good things, well sourced, simply cooked. There is some flexibility in our cuisine but we are broadly European in our cooking travels.
